Cookies with Hazelnut


Amount: Approximately 40-45 cookies.

Ingredients :

» 1 package (250 gr) margarine (will be melted and cooled)
» 2 eggs (yolks to inside, whites to the top)
» 2 table spoons granulated sugar
» 2 table spoons Kent Boringer Powder Sugar
» 1 package Kent Boringer Sugared Vanilla
» 1 package Kent Boringer Baking Powder
» Enough flour
» Roughly 1,5 water glasses of large extracted hazelnut


Making :


1. Make a dough as thick as an earlobe by adding margarine, egg yolks, sugar, baking powder, sugared vanilla and flour. (Key point: If flour is deficient it spreads while baking.)
2. Roll the doughs as big as walnuts.
3. Cover the rolled doughs first with egg yolk and then with hazelnut.
4. Place the cookies in an oiled tray and bake for 35 minutes at 150 degrees.
