Curry Sauce Chicken


Ingredients :

» 1 kg chicken breast (5 pieces on package)
» 1 table spoon Aysan Maize Oil
» 1 coffee cup flour
» 2 table spoons butter
» 1 water glass cold milk
» 1 water glass water
» 1 dessert spoon curry
» 1 tea spoon blackpepper
» 1 tea spoon Kent Boringer Vegetable Seasoning
» 1 handful of cashew
» Salt
» Parsley

Making:

1. Hash the chicken.
2. Pour oil in a pan and add hashed chicken.
3. Cook them until chicken soak the water.

For the curry sauce :

1. Pour flour and butter into a pot. Cook them well until the flour smell goes away.
2. After the cooking is over pour the cold milk into the pot little by little and stir it continuously.
3. Then add 1 glass of water and 1 tea spoon of vegetable seasoning. Do not forget to stir while you do these.
4. After these are over, add curry spicy, black pepper and salt into the sauce pot.
