Steak Fillet on Spinach Bed

 


Ingredients :

» 100 g margarine
» 500 gr spinach
» 250 gr mushroom
» 4 veal steak fillet
» 2 cloves of garlic
» 2 onions
» 1 dessert spoon Kent Boringer Vegetable Seasoning


Making:


1. Marinate the meat with salt, blackpepper, vegetable seasoning and oil a night before.
2. Dice the onions and caramalize them together with margarine.
3. Add washed and cleaned spinach onto them; add little salt, little bit of black pepper and a little bit of vegetable seasoning, leave it to cook at on a low heat. (Do not add water after spinach leaves its water)
4. Put steaks into a hot pan in which you have melted the margarine.
5. Finally, saute the mushrooms by adding salt and blackpepper in a pan.
6. Cook the both side of the steaks preferably 5 minutes (underdone) or 10 minutes (overdone).
7. Put the steaks onto the cooked spinach and serve them together with mushrooms on the side.
