Soyyiğit Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti aims to develop products that would meet the clients' needs and to ensure customer satisfaction by using the latest technology and making no concessions of quality and hygiene, in the sector it has been in activity since the 1960s. HALAL certificate, ISO 22000 and ISO 9000 certificates are the indications of this trustworthiness.


ISO 22000: 2005 CERTIFICATE
ISO 22000 certificate indicates the compliance of the management to food safety policy, represents that it can be trustfully consumed by all age and consumers groups.

There are two quality laboratories in the company which fulfills all requirements of Food Safety system. In one laboratory physical and chemical analyses are performed and in the other laboratory microbiological analyses are performed. In these places moisture determinations, salt determination, fat determination, pH measurement of raw materials and products are performed by expert personnel. After the physical, chemical and microbiological analyses the raw materials that are compatible with specifications are taken on to the factory. In the same manner, all the last products can be dispatched only after all the analyses in the quality plan are performed and organoleptically approved by expert personnel. 


Food Safety mission of the company, continuosly developing in all fields, is to provide hygienic and reliable products in accordance with national and international regulations and in line with the clients' demands.


FOOD SAFETY POLICY
To conform to the relevant legislation and regulations by prioritising the consumer health starting with the raw material and during the whole process and in the last product, in order to provide the high-grade product aimed at the needs of consumer.

To identify all the dangers related to food safety and to provide control. To provide a work environment where individual and team achievements are continuously encouraged and with specialised personnel teamwork is emphasised.

Sense of serving as an institution which always acts with the reason of continuous improving and developing, and indoctrinating this to all its employees and meeting its clients' satisfactions on top level. 


ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION
ISO 9000 System is an indication that it produces and dispatches by prioritising consumer needs and client satisfaction. Superior quality of the products is the warranty of success and future of the institution.

Quality, is the endless effort and common goal of the company. In the competitive environment, continuous improvement can be carried out only with this goal.

HALAL CERTIFICATION
HALAL certification, is the indication that the company is in compliance with halal regulations. Alcohol and its derivatives, pig and its derivatives does not exist in the management constitution. Every year Soyyiğit Group is inspected within the scope of Halal.
